Karnataka Common Entrance Exam ( Karnataka CET) conduct own entrance test (Karnataka CET Exam) every year for admission to Medical, Dental and Engineering Courses in Professional Colleges within the State of Karnataka. Non-Karnataka students (students not eligible to be considered in the Karnataka quota) cannot appear for the CET. They can only appear for the COMEDK examination.
The Karnataka CET will be conducted in the month of May every year.The score will be valid for 1 year only.

Every year a minimum score is decided by the controlling bodies of the exam
The minimum score is called as Karnataka CET Cutoff Marks. The candidates who score above this cutoff will be included in the merit list.
General: 50%
General OPH: 45%
Karnataka CET Cutoff for OBC/SC/ST: 40%
The candidates have to score at least the above specified marks to be included in the merit list
Student must pass class 2nd PUC / 12th Std exam with minimum of 45% . The Current 12th students can also appear for the examination

The candidates who are allotted Engineering Seats under Supernumerary Quota should pay an amount only as University Registration fee(SC/ST Category candidates need not pay any fees) + Transaction Charges as applicable.Karnataka Examination's Authoritypayable at the respective Centres from any Nationalized Banks.
The application form is available in the Karnataka CET campus with the cash payment .The Students can register for the exam through the online mode and take the print out of the filled form and send to the admission office along with the Demand Draft for the same.The candidates who are residing outside India can send a DD to obtain form by speed post. more details refer this link
