since closed loop TF with unity -ve feedback [H(s)=1] is given. So G/(1+G) = (s+4)/(s^2+7s+13) so we will get G = (s+4)/(s+3)^2. Now Open loop TF is G(s)H(s) = G = (s+4)/(s+3)^2. Thus Open Loop DC Gain = GH at w=0 i.e. @ s=0 So Open Loop DC Gain = 4/9

ans: option 1 DC has 0 frequency(w)...so to do frequency based analysis we substitute s=jw....i.e. s=0 here...so we get 4/13
