At t=0... The capacitor is intially uncharged so... The voltage across it is 0... So the voltage across inductor is simply the voltage across parallel combo of 2 4ohm resistor... So effective resistance is 2ohm.. So voltage across 2ohm is 4v using voltage divider rule... So answer is 4v

At t=0 capacitor become short ckt and inductor becom open ckt. So apply current divider rule and get source current and again use current div rule on 4ohm resistor to find the current.

At starting capacitor will behave like a short circuit and inductor like an open circuit. Hence I=10/(3+2)=2Amp voltage across 4ohm=2*2=4V

since inductor wl b in open when switch is closed at t=0, and capacitor is short .. so by applying these two conditions solve thiz . . and the voltage acroos inductor will be 2V for and 1A along capacitor
