when switch is closed at t=0 inductor does not allow sudden changes in current and it acts as open circuit initially and capacitor acts as short ciruit under transient conditions now calculate total current 10/5=2A By using current division principle find out current through the 4ohm resistor .so voltage across 4ohms is 1*4=4V
