for the first circle centre is 1,3 and second one it is 4,-1 so distance between them is 5 radius of second circle is 3 => r-3<5 and r+3>5

for the circles to intersect at 2 points.....the sum of their radii must be greater than the distance between the centres of the circles and the difference b/w radii must be lesser than the distance between the centres....so using these conditions we get 2<r<8
