when the dipole is parallel in a uniform electric field, Θ=0° , then torque is zero. Already force in uniform electric field is zero ,so it experiences neither a force nor a torque

as the dipole is placed parallel to the electric field the angle is zero so torque =PEsin0
sino = 0 so t becomes zero so answer is 3 it experiences neither a force nor a torque
