max resistance is in series, so by arranging 10 resistors in series answer is 10 multiply by 1/10 =1

Max. resistance is obtained when the resistors are connected in series.
Here, R.max= R1+ R2+ R3...... therefore, 10*(multiply)1/10 = 1 ohm.( 10 resistors).

resistance will be maximum is the resistances are just added up. i.e. in series,
hence answer should be 1 ohm.
