Ulothrix is a unicellular organism.It's zygotes are motile because of presence of flagella.

Spirogyra(unicellular), Yeast(unicellular) and Sunflower do not have any flagella. It is very clear by just giving a look at any of their picture or diagram. But Ulothrix have a whipping tail like structure called Flagella. Hence answer can be none other than 3.Ulothrix.
