frogs lay eggs on open water and the eggs stick together and is coverd by a jelly like substance and then the male frog sprays the sperms on them and fertilizes... not on plant leaves... u might be confused cuz u hav observed the eggs stuck the leaves- this happens cuz the leaves of plant that lean into water collects the eggs cuz of adhesion... it is not intentional.
