Meiotic division or meiosis is called reductions division. So you just have to check that how many times the number of chromosomes become half. Remember that 1 meiosis result in 4 daughter cell also in some cases as in ovule during formation of MMC 3 of daughter cell out of 4 degenerate an only 1 remain functional.
